Shape Wildlife Photography Education

Build your career while inspiring others to capture nature's most extraordinary moments. We're growing our team of passionate educators who believe photography can change how people see the natural world.

Your Career Development Journey

1

Foundation Educator

Start with basic workshops and online content creation. You'll work closely with our senior team to develop your teaching style while mastering our curriculum approach. Most new educators spend 8-12 months building confidence at this level.

3

Lead Instructor

Design and lead advanced programs, mentor newer educators, and contribute to curriculum development. This role involves travel for field workshops and collaboration with conservation organizations on special projects.

Skills You'll Develop

We invest heavily in professional development because great educators need more than just photography skills. Our comprehensive training covers everything from technical instruction to conservation ethics.

Advanced camera techniques
Conservation storytelling
Workshop facilitation
Digital content creation
Student mentoring

Take ownership of specific programs while expanding into specialized areas like underwater photography or bird behavior documentation. You'll begin developing your own workshop series and building relationships with wildlife sanctuaries.

Shape the future direction of our programs, establish partnerships with conservation groups, and potentially lead our expansion into new regions. This senior role combines strategic planning with hands-on instruction.

Work With Industry Leaders

Our team includes photographers whose work has been featured in National Geographic, Australian Geographic, and major conservation campaigns. You'll learn from people who've spent decades in the field, capturing images that have genuinely influenced wildlife protection efforts.
